Do not click the [VIPI Support Files] button unless you are an IT administrator.
Save the VIPI_Support_Files_X_X_X.exe file local to the PC, once download complete Double-Click file (for Windows 7: Right-Click and Run as Administrator) to install the VIPI Support Files. Wait for the VIPI Support Files to install including the Iris OCR. The VIPI Support Files will be installed for this PC, for all users. Once installation of VIPI Support Files is completed Restart PC. With the VIPI Support Files installed, administrator privileges are no longer required and with the PC Restarted the user can then login using their Windows user account and install the Visual IPI application. Once the administrators has downloaded and installed the VIPI Support Files then the user must log in and press the [Install] button below. |
